Returns & Exchanges
At MHE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your MHE account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
